Is Obama Planning For America To Join The Euro?

Barack Obama is often said by his critics to be from Bizzzaro World. Given the surreal nature of some of his pronouncements this is not surtprising. But why is he so concerned about the economic crisis in Europe? We think it can only be because he plans to scrap the $US and apply to the European Monetary System to have America admitted to the Euro zone.

It makes sense once you understand he would then be able to blame someone else for the state of America’s economy.

At Boggart Blog we hve always made iut one of our goals to keep you updated on the latest development in mouse science, the branch of research that seeks to learn more about human physiology and psychology from moltesting small furry animals and studying therir reactions.

The latest experiment we report on is the work being done on finding a cure for old age by making mice age prematurely, then curing them. As one of the drawbacks here is the drug used does not make mice live longer, it just cures them of the premature ageing effect of being fiddled with to make them age early, does this mean we must be willing to look 90 when we are 30 in order to look 60 when we are 50. Somehow we can’t see it taking off.

Our dear old Dad, deceased, was one of those old blokes who still thought he was in the prime of his life. All well and good for hiking over the Cumbrian fells or taking a daily dip at St. Bees, but not quite so good when he insisted on sinking four pints every night and then driving home in his much loved Audi, a car for taking the family, all six of us and the cat, on holiday, but of course by the time he hit 65 we had all flown the nest and they didn’t even have a cat anymore.

The chorus of Obama-felching liberal idiots in the USA is nothing if not predictable. It was never going to be very long before they started to blame this week’s riots in London and elswhere on “white racists” and claim the rioters are not theiving scumbags and violent thugs, but political protestors with a genuine gievance against the racist society that denies them a decent life.

One prominent voice, a sociology professor at Chicago University whose name I think is Prof. Waddac Hunt* went so far as to say that the riots occurred because Britain has been taken over by “Tea Party values”.

I can’t for the life of me see any connection. Why would anybody get angry about being invited to drink a cup of Earl Grey and eat scones with clotted cream and excellent jam made by members of the local W.I?

What else could he have meant, the knuckle draggers, arsehones, dickheads anf fuckwits we saw on televiion have never even heard of America let alone the politics of the “Tea Party.”

Obama Opposed To Science And Reason

Last week Barack Obama was complaining that in the big arguements science and reason are not always winning. He blamed this on the religiosity and superstition of his opponents who oppose all things scientific.

Today the wonderfully nutty World Net Daily reminds us a study published some months ago revealed Democrats are far more in touch with the dead than Republicans, and they also visit fortunetellers more often.

The number of Americans who say they have interacted with a ghost has doubled in the last 13 years, the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life revealed in its “Many Americans Mix Multiple Faiths” report.

At the time, approximately 18 percent of respondents said they had seen or been in the presence of a ghost, compared with only 9 percent in 1990 and 1996. Likewise, 29 percent of respondents felt that they had been in touch with someone who has already died, compared with 17 percent in 1990 and 18 percent in 1996.

The results also show that Democrats are far more likely to believe in supernatural phenomena than Republicans.

According to the study:

36 percent of Democrats report being in touch with someone who is dead, compared with only 21 percent of Republicans.
21 percent of Democrats say they have seen a ghost, compared with only 11 percent of Republicans.
22 percent of Democrats say they have consulted a fortuneteller, compared with 9 percent of Republicans.
30 percent of Democrats say they believe in reincarnation, compared with 17 percent of Republicans.
31 percent of Democrats say they believe in astrology, compared with 14 percent of Republicans.
31 percent of Democrats view yoga as a spiritual practice, compared with 15 percent of Republicans.
30 percent of Democrats say they believe in spiritual energy, compared with 17 percent of Republicans.

So now you know Mr.Obama, if you want to be on the side of science and reason you must switch parties.

Barack Obama got the Nobel peace prize for being so limp wristed nobody would ever be cruel enough to fight him. Not to be outdone the other great political phoney Tony Blair is an unlikely nominee for the The Literary Review’s annual Bad Sex writing award for being so limp dicked nobosy can imagine him having sex. Given the now infamous claim from Mrs Blair that Old Tone was up for it five times a night that must be an awful lot of bad sex so he obviously had plenty to choose from.
