The chorus of Obama-felching liberal idiots in the USA is nothing if not predictable. It was never going to be very long before they started to blame this week’s riots in London and elswhere on “white racists” and claim the rioters are not theiving scumbags and violent thugs, but political protestors with a genuine gievance against the racist society that denies them a decent life.

One prominent voice, a sociology professor at Chicago University whose name I think is Prof. Waddac Hunt* went so far as to say that the riots occurred because Britain has been taken over by “Tea Party values”.

I can’t for the life of me see any connection. Why would anybody get angry about being invited to drink a cup of Earl Grey and eat scones with clotted cream and excellent jam made by members of the local W.I?

What else could he have meant, the knuckle draggers, arsehones, dickheads anf fuckwits we saw on televiion have never even heard of America let alone the politics of the “Tea Party.”

Obama Opposed To Science And Reason

Last week Barack Obama was complaining that in the big arguements science and reason are not always winning. He blamed this on the religiosity and superstition of his opponents who oppose all things scientific.

Today the wonderfully nutty World Net Daily reminds us a study published some months ago revealed Democrats are far more in touch with the dead than Republicans, and they also visit fortunetellers more often.

The number of Americans who say they have interacted with a ghost has doubled in the last 13 years, the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life revealed in its “Many Americans Mix Multiple Faiths” report.

At the time, approximately 18 percent of respondents said they had seen or been in the presence of a ghost, compared with only 9 percent in 1990 and 1996. Likewise, 29 percent of respondents felt that they had been in touch with someone who has already died, compared with 17 percent in 1990 and 18 percent in 1996.

The results also show that Democrats are far more likely to believe in supernatural phenomena than Republicans.

According to the study:

36 percent of Democrats report being in touch with someone who is dead, compared with only 21 percent of Republicans.
21 percent of Democrats say they have seen a ghost, compared with only 11 percent of Republicans.
22 percent of Democrats say they have consulted a fortuneteller, compared with 9 percent of Republicans.
30 percent of Democrats say they believe in reincarnation, compared with 17 percent of Republicans.
31 percent of Democrats say they believe in astrology, compared with 14 percent of Republicans.
31 percent of Democrats view yoga as a spiritual practice, compared with 15 percent of Republicans.
30 percent of Democrats say they believe in spiritual energy, compared with 17 percent of Republicans.

So now you know Mr.Obama, if you want to be on the side of science and reason you must switch parties.

This is one of the ideas proposed by science and academic experts to deal with the problem of feeding the world when the population has boomed to nine billion. This number of humans is predicted to be reached by 2050. The simple answer to overpopulation that nobody is talking about is population control. Do we need nine billion people? Do we have the technology to keep population levels manageable? Yes and yes.

What I find disturbing about all this is the American belief that we must hate all those who differ from us politically and only communicate with them by shouting “fascist” across an ever widening divide as they shout back “limp wristed namby pamby diorreah dollop.” When I was politically active as a member and Council candidate in the Liberal Party it was possible to have a drink and trade comical canvassing tales with members of the Labour and Conservative parties. A new series of the post apocalyptic drama Survivors begings on UK television tonight. In view of the government’s many attempts to beat us all into dumb obedience by spreading fear and panic about war, plague, famine and climate change we wonder should we view the show as a prophetic warning of a dystopian future or as a light hearted and optimistic vision of a brighter future.
